This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supply chain strategy and HR competence on company performance through competitive advantage and market orientation as intervening variables. Based on the results of an analysis with a systematic literature review and using the statistical application of VOSviewer, it is known that from several sources, links to international journals can be mapped. The determinant factors are supply chain strategy, HR competence, competitive advantage and market orientation
