IMPLEMENTATION OF PARKING RATE DISCENTIVES TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY'S WILLING TO CONDUCT VEHICLE EXHAUST GAS EMISSIONS TESTS

Abstract


The parking tariff disincentive is a policy of imposing the highest tariff on motorized vehicles that have not passed the emission test. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of public willingness to test vehicle exhaust emissions through this parking tariff disincentive policy. The analysis used in this research is Questionnaire and Regression. The results of the study indicate that there are still many people who have not carried out emission tests and parking tariff disincentives have an effect of 10.6% on the level of public willingness to test vehicle exhaust emissions.
