Abstract

This study is conducted because of the small number of ship users. Based on individual behavior and information obtained from WOM activities, the purpose of this research is to discover the factors that influence passengers' prospective before using a ship. This study collected samples via online questionnaire and collected up to 332 samples. SMART PLS was used to process a rating scale with a scale of 1 – 10. These three factors have a significant impact on passengers' intention to use a ship.
