THE INFLUENCE OF REST HOURS AND COMPENSATION ON SHIP CREW PERFORMANCE AT PT. AGUNG TRANSINA RAYA (MV. OSTINA)
Abstract
In the modern workplace, human resources are used as supervisors and job executors. Due to the rapid advancement of technology in the present period, many people employ high-tech machines to facilitate all forms of work. As a result, people who once worked as workers now operate these machines to complete tasks.
However, in this instance, the labor required of the operators is physically and mentally taxing. Therefore, in order to function at your best, you need to get enough sleep. The human body requires rest in order to perform its duties. This is closely tied to how active you are, how physically fit you are, and how focused you are at work. All activities depend on the health of the body to achieve a job. You must be physically and psychologically prepared for this job as an employee if you want to perform the duties of a mover and a planner, respectively. Compensation is crucial since it is the primary driving force behind someone taking a job and because it has a significant impact on the productivity and morale of the workforceKeywords
