Analysis of Challenges Opportunities and Application of Humanitarian Logistics in the Logistics Business (Case study of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Group)
Abstract
This research aims to analyse the challenges opportunities and application in humanitarian logistics distribution at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Group so that the company can contribute to humanitarian efforts to improve business efficiency with existing opportunities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method? The data in this study were gathered from field research, interviews, observation and questionnaires? and utilises SWOT analysis to process data. The results of the research based on the IE matrix are in the position of cell IV, while based on the SWOT 4k matrix is in Quadrant 1 which means the company is in a position that shows growth and builds, therefore the company can implement aggressive strategies involving integration, market penetration, market development, products, and diversification. This research provides insight into the company's efforts to integrate humanitarian aspects in its logistics operations, while improving business efficiency.
