The Influence of Airport Train Facilities and Services on the Manggarai-Soekarno Hatta Station route on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the quality of facilities and services, airport trains from Manggarai-Soekarno Hatta Station on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The research results show that simultaneously thereis a strong influence between facility variables and service quality variables on customer satisfaction. Researchers suspect that providing good services and facilities can increase the number of airport train passengers.
