ANALYSIS OF GARUDA INDONESIA AIRLINE PASSENGERS’ INTEREST IN THE JAKARTA-JAPAN ROUTE
Abstract
Tourism and air transportation are two things that are interconnected. The long distance makes air transportation the main choice because of its speed and comfort. Through this research, the author can analyze the interest of Garuda Indonesia airline ticket buyers through perceptions of price, service quality and promotions. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The population to be reached are those who fly using Garuda Indonesia airlines in general and specifically for Jakarta - Japan flights and vice versa, using the Cochran formula, with an estimated sample of 80. Technical data analysis in this study uses path analysis and a series of tests to prove the existing hypothesis.
