Optimizing Supply Chain through Corporate Strategy, Interface Technology and Grouping Methods in Facing Digitalization 5.0

Abstract


This research aims to analyze the implementation of DHL Express Balikpapan's strategy in applying interface technology and grouping methods to enhance supply chain effectiveness in the era of Digitalization 5.0. The main issues faced include the complexity of the supply chain process and the lack of data integration, which hinder overall effectiveness. This research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data that has been collected by the researcher through the distribution of questionnaires and direct observation. The analysis using SEM-PLS shows that the grouping method has a significant direct effect on supply chain effectiveness with an R-Square value of 0.894 (89.4%), which means there is a 10.6% contribution from other variables affecting supply chain effectiveness that were not examined in this study. This finding shows that the application of the grouping method plays an important role in enhancing operational effectiveness. This research emphasizes the importance of refining interface technology and optimizing corporate strategies to maximize supply chain performance.
