Abstract


In the dynamic landscape of global logistics, enhancing both efficiency and security in shipping processes is paramount. This paper explores the implementation of electronic seals (e-seals) within a logistics company, emphasizing their impact on operational performance and security measures. E-seals, equipped with advanced RFID technology, offer real-time tracking and tamper-evident features, significantly reducing the risk of cargo theft and unauthorized access. By integrating e-seals into the existing logistics framework, the company can streamline shipment monitoring, ensuring precise and timely delivery while minimizing human error and administrative overhead. This study presents a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the e-seal process, highlighting the technological, operational, and security benefits realized. Additionally, it examines the challenges encountered during implementation and provides strategic recommendations for optimizing e-seal usage. The findings underscore the transformative potential of e-seals in reinforcing the integrity and efficiency of shipping processes, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and competitive advantage in the logistics industry.
