Abstract

As global environmental concerns rise, interest in green solutions like sustainable transportation is growing. Green logistics, aimed at reducing carbon emissions, is gaining global attention. In Indonesia, poor infrastructure leads to high logistics costs, as highlighted by World Bank data. This study explores how green logistics performance and infrastructure impact firm performance, service quality, services trade, and the environment, focusing on DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method using data collected through surveys and analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that green logistics and infrastructure significantly enhance both firm performance and service quality, which in turn positively affect trade in services and contribute to environmental sustainability. However, the mediation role is not yet significant. Future research should examine the long-term impact of green logistics on international trade and explore other factors, like policies and technology, to improve logistics sustainability.
