ANALYSIS OF BARRIER REVERSE LOGISTICS PRACTICES COURIER COMPANIES IN INDONESIA

Abstract


The number of returned goods in the supply chain process increases significantly when companies do not have an effective system to manage them. The lack of special attention to the Reverse Logistics (RL) process cause companies to under estimate this process. This study focuses on analyzing the implementation of RL practices by courier companies in Indonesia. This research utilizes the SLR and Fuzzy AHP methods. By using keywords related to RL implementation, a thorough search was conducted in Q1 and Q2 Scopus rankings in order to determine the problems in reverse logistics. With this we can see in terms of other countries that have the same problems. Then, with Fuzzy AHP we found that external barrier has the manage highest rank to manage.
